Ingredients:

1. 2 cups fresh basil leaves, tightly packed 2. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3. 1/3 cup pine nuts (or walnuts for a more affordable option)

4. 2 cloves garlic 5. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 6. Salt and pepper, to taste 7. 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
